Internship: AI Analist

We’re looking for a motivated intern (unpaid internship) to join our AI Strategy team and support client projects that bridge business goals with innovative AI solutions. You’ll work closely with us on real client cases, helping turn business challenges into actionable AI projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in identifying AI opportunities in client environments
  • Help prepare and run workshops to brainstorm AI use cases
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business cases and proposals
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and sales to turn ideas into concrete project plans

Who you are:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
  • Interested in AI and how it can be applied in the real world (no need to code, but curiosity is a must)
  • Analytical mindset, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical and business teams
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Proficient with PowerPoint / Google Slides

How does your hiring process work?

Everything starts with your application, of course! If you see an open position that seems like a match made in heaven, send us your resume. We'll review it and reach out to you to plan a introductory meeting if it seems like a match (on paper). If that first meeting goes well, we'll plan a technical test (if necessary) and an interview with some people on the team. This way, we'll know for sure if you'll fit in. If all goes well, we'll give you an offer you hopefully can't refuse.

Are you remote-friendly?

Yes! We value a hybrid work environment, which means you can work at home, at our offices, or in your favorite coffee shop. You decide where you want to work, but we do love it when our team comes together on our weekly "team days" (two times per week). We promise, you'll love it too.
