The goal of this part of the workshop is to brainstorm in a structured way with stakeholders at your company about possible use cases of generative AI. In mutual consultation and through a guided workshop organized by Raccoons, we discover domains where it is known that delays are caused, or frustration and inefficiencies arise for the stakeholders.In these domains we look for certain use cases and we do a feasibility study for these use cases.
Duration: 180 min
In this final phase, we will create a report about the different use cases and their first feasibility study. Furthermore we will draw up a full development plan for the first version of the proof-of-concept. Here we will also budget the different phases of the development project completely.
The outcome of this step is actually the quotation for the development of the first version of the system.
